Mining billionaire Eduardo Hochschild buys MoMA condo

The Peruvian businessman who heads the Hochschild Group paid $8.45 million for a 48th-floor unit at 53 W. 53rd St., a 1,050-foot-tall skyscraper that has the Museum of Modern Art's expansion in its base.
